Jeffries made her acting debut on the American musical drama, Empire (2015) and later her feature film debut in the action-thriller Beast (2022). In 2023, Jeffries starred as Annabeth Chase in Percy Jackson & The Olympians, and continues to be a large presence of the seasons following. As of 2026, she has been casted in the Cheetah Girls revival film.
