'The Day of the 700 Liters' is a powerful documentary that reconstructs, minute by minute, the tragic events of October 29, 2024, when a torrential downpour struck the province of Valencia, claiming the lives of more than 200 people. Through mobile phone footage, security camera footage, social media, and official data, the documentary attempts to determine whether the tragedy was an unavoidable disaster or a serious failure on the part of the region's emergency management.
