When a group of friends rents a vacation house for the weekend, they quickly discover their neighbors are a rowdy bunch of muscular, tattooed men who don't believe in keeping the curtains closed. Alexy, Dean, Kit, Ryan, Samuel, William, and Zack are more than happy to welcome the new guys to the neighborhood - MEN.com style. What starts as casual flirting across the fence quickly escalates into an all-out neighborhood block party when the "guys next door" decide to introduce themselves properly. As the night progresses and inhibitions fade, the vacation house becomes the site of an unforgettable welcome wagon involving all seven of the neighborhood's most eligible bachelors. By morning, the new arrivals have learned that in this particular suburb, the HOA rules are very... flexible. And the guys next door are always ready to lend a hand - or more.
