Judith Kemp has become a lone fighter since the death of her husband. As a single mother of two children and an aspiring star lawyer in a large corporate law firm, Judith manages her job and family. Inevitably, someone often falls by the wayside: their children Julia and Marco, their friend, pediatrician Susanne Blau, and their boss Stefan Walther, who wants to promote Judith to partner not only in the office.
