Developmentally Speaking With Pete Gas & Ugene

Before there was a Performance Center the developmental system was compromised of several small territories. Bull's guest on this episode got their starts in different developmental territories. Pete Gas started in Memphis and U-Gene started in the original OVW in Louisville under Danny Davis.
