The story revolves around Jing Wu (played by Lü Muyao), a pet supply store owner who struggles to cope with the loss of his beloved dog, A Ling. Guided by a mysterious mentor, Miao Si'er (played by Xia Hexi), A Ling, driven by her unwavering devotion to her owner, is reincarnated as a human, returning to Jing Wu's side and embarking on a heartwarming and humorous journey of healing. However, as A Ling (played by Luo Zhang'en) meets other reincarnated individuals, she begins to realize that this rebirth may be the start of another life lesson. With reunion accompanied by the possibility of separation again, Jing Wu and A Ling will relearn love, companionship, and cherishing amidst reunions and farewells, ultimately experiencing the deepest meaning of life.
